“Easy to book but a few hidden fees”

Hi Theo, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you found it easy to book tickets through us. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “Had to rake around website to find the download to apple wallet for my tickets as didn’t want to download app. Unfortunately we didn’t need the bloody tickets to get in the fair! Most people didn’t have them”

“The whole booking of tickets experience expires to quickly. Having to rush to record our details could easily lead to mistakes. 7 minutes is to short a time.”
