“•The VIP area was not fit for purpose • It was overcrowded and oversold • It was not accessible for wheelchair users • There were no safe viewing areas for disabled guests • Basic amenities (toilets and drinks) were unavailable • VIP guests were confined without choice • Staff communication was inconsistent and, at times, inappropriate • We left the event due to being told it was cancelled when it was not The use of terms such as "luxury" and "Gold Circle" created expectations that were not remotely met. Absolutely terrible experience 😡 I will be pursuing a refund as this event should have been cancelled !!!”

This refund policy is set by our event organisers and was agreed to at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any other reasons. If your situation does not meet the refund policy criteria, we recommend the following alternatives: - Privately transfer your tickets to a friend, family member, or trusted colleague. - Follow the steps below to transfer or resell your tickets easily. “Firstly the Weather can't be helped but how you deal with it can. Disorganised, no plans, no communication ans clueless staff. Toilets closed, shreks swamp as a dance floor, staff who have zero idea about where anything is or how its run. We were told by a member of staff the event was being shut down shortly due to the weather to then find out, after we had left, that it wasnt. We were then told that as we had left we weren't allowed back in. Also the signage needs greatly improving. This could of been a brilliant event despite the weather but poor management and communication turned it into an expensive one hour day out.”
