“It's more difficult than it used to be as I've got to download another app to receive my tickets. Also the charge for each ticket instead of one charge is ridiculous as the price is higher if the the tickets are more.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. Skiddle is a self-service platform, and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure themselves. Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase.
