“I purchased tickets for a event in June, no problem about 3 weeks later they sent a email saying the event was cancelled, its not so i emailed them to question this they eventually responded on my second email, saying they were not representing the concert, the concert is still advertised with the link to them,so they kept the booking fee and haven't replied to my email putting this to them beware”

“Wentworth Woodhouse balloon festival was a complete disappointment and a con trick. Charging £22.50 to attend a fair that should have been free; tickets for rides that are £5 per person; some overpriced greasy food vans; three craft stalls that were overpriced; no car boot stalls or other advertised events; and best of all 4 rather shabby looking balloons. The last balloon festival I attended had over 100 balloons. A complete rip off and really misguided of Wentworth as custodians allowing such an unsuitable event to be in the beautiful grounds. Cheap and nasty event that was a complete misadverised rip off.”

“Purchasing ticket was very easy for Wentworth balloon festival. Unfortunately after queuing for over 2hours in traffic when we eventually arrived at the car park we were refused admission because the car park was full.obviously we were very disappointed! Under the circumstances I feel a refund is appropriate . Regards Pat Cotton.”
