“While I'm glad we secured our tickets because my husband really wants to attend the hot air balloon event, the purchasing experience on Skiddle was disappointing. My cart timed out while I went to get my card details, and the price immediately jumped from £13.60 to £17.20 for two tickets. It felt unfair to face a price increase just for taking a couple of minutes to complete the transaction”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. JA Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Process straightforward. I guess you wanted date of birth because it was an over 18 event, but I'm very uncomfortable putting such personal data into a website. I was disappointed not to receive my ticket straightaway. I don't want to download an app, thank you.”
