“Find it very clumsy to use. I also don't like being charged an extra 80p for rapid scan (whatever that is) when it's all digital anyway and I wasn't given an option not to use it. Nor do it like having to download an app just to buy a ticket. Given the choice I wouldn't use skiddle.”

Only one delivery fee is charged per order, and it typically ranges from £0.50p to £3.00. This fee supports the systems used to dispatch your order or the technology used for scanning and validating your ticket at the event. It's clearly shown during checkout. While we understand that fees can be frustrating, we aim to keep them as low as possible to ensure we can continue providing top-tier service and secure ticketing solutions. I hope this helps. “•The VIP area was not fit for purpose • It was overcrowded and oversold • It was not accessible for wheelchair users • There were no safe viewing areas for disabled guests • Basic amenities (toilets and drinks) were unavailable • VIP guests were confined without choice • Staff communication was inconsistent and, at times, inappropriate • We left the event due to being told it was cancelled when it was not The use of terms such as "luxury" and "Gold Circle" created expectations that were not remotely met. Absolutely terrible experience 😡 I will be pursuing a refund as this event should have been cancelled !!!”
