Sutton Coldfield Music Festival was an absolute sham. £30 tickets. Waiting over an hour in a queue to get a drink. Won't be attending any of these events again!

As I see I can’t complain to yourselves about the event I attended. Can you give me details of event organisers to contact for full refund. As I am finding this difficult to get reply from anyone.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. AB Skiddle Customer Support Team

I couldn't find the event on your website. I had to go to the event website which then directed me to Skiddle. Thereafter it worked well

Website was ok but too hard to contact them to express dissatisfaction. Bought tickets for an event which was extremely disappointing and that did not match the advert. Very misleading. If I had known what the event was really like I would never have bought tickets. Passing on any responsibility to the organiser for tickets bought from Skiddle is terrible customer service. It looks like anyone could sell tickets here without any checks from Skiddle and free from fear of complaints as they are impossible to get in touch with. Will never purchase from Skiddle before.

Skiddle is just the booking platform for event organisers to list their events on. Please be aware your contract is between you and the event organiser and not Skiddle. Terrible, event didn’t have time advertised well. Missed the event as thought it was an evening/ night party rather than afternoon.

did not like anything about it , difficult to use , navigate , unnecessary . just put tickets on market place , simple , straight forward and easy especially for those of us with dyslexia , and anxiety made it very stressful

Maybe not skiddlesbfault exactly but Wilkswood festival was cancelled I'm owed 270 which I still haven't got . Loads of people and companies are waiting for their money. I'm so disappointed first about the festival second I'd like all my money back

Just had notification of a cancelled gig and that Skiddle would refund our tickets (not a problem, these things happen) but what they don't refund is the 'handling charge' or 'ticket fee' - some 5% of the overall charge. Unfortunately Skiddle's customer services are off-line (apparently attending the Red Rose awards for excellent customer services - an event that was over a month ago!). I did find a disclaimer saying that wouldn't refund this part within their site - but can't see why - they handled the tickets and added the fee! Have to say this is now a principle thing - will not order nor recommend a gig via this organisation! - can only assume they were at the Red Rose gig to add the fertiliser to the proceedings.

At very short notice (31st Mar), Chesney Hawkes postponed his 7th April concert to take part in Celeb Big Brother. Tickets have been transferred to new date (22 June) that I cannot make but Skiddle are apparently still "working with the event organisers to make further options available" for those who cannot attend. I have contacted Skiddle to request a full refund but have had no acknowledgement or refund. Shocking customer/fan service by both Skiddle and the "event organisers". Won't be booking tickets through Skiddle again.
