I have £80 in credit. It was a weekend - unable to ring and get in touch. But it was not letting me in any way find a button to use to click on store credit. Scam - so I had to pay again. Whilst I have £80 sitting with you

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Rubbish security no announce beforehand to say no food or drinks allowed including water, brought my daughter £20 worth of snack, box juice and water all had to thrown but yet certain people allowed to walk in with their drinks and snacks.

Bloons & Tunes midlands. Poorly organised, one single hot air bloon let off in the sky. Basically just an overcrowded expensive fun fair. Would not recommend. Save your money

I recently purchased tickets through Skiddle for a stand-up comedy show at Hot Water Comedy Club in Liverpool. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to incorrect information provided on the tickets. The tickets clearly stated that the show would run from 20:00 to 22:00. However, when we arrived at the venue, we were shocked to find out that the show had actually started at 19:00 and finished at 21:00. Because of this, we missed the first hour of the performance. It was very frustrating, as we had planned our evening around the times Skiddle advertised. This mistake completely affected our experience and left us feeling let down. I expected reliable and accurate information when purchasing tickets, but this was not the case. Skiddle should take more responsibility to ensure that event details are correct, as customers rely on them when making plans.

I have just bought a ticket. Skiddle are not content now with 10% NOW it is 20% What a RIP OFF! Typical rip off by ticketing companies...greed, greed, greed. They have us fans over a barrel....all about profits.

Hi Charles, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. We r 5friends that go to the Bentley Liverpool often y r you charging 2 75 per transaction on the ticket and on top of that another 2 pound y I'd it no 2 75 per order

Worst ticketing website I have ever used tickets went on sale at 10:00 I was on the page as soon as it hit 10 had 2 tickets in my basket and it then told me they were unavailable and I could no longer select tickets.

Only got a fraction of my refund as they took most of it for an “admin charge” then had all the following trains cancelled so I requested a full refund for cancelled trains to which I sent proof from scotrail which they ended up not expecting my refund because “no trains were cancelled” which they very much were! Not happy

Can’t get a refund!!! Bought to support a local fighter, whose fight has now been withdrawn! They can change the line up but won’t refund, was only going to support him, not happy, won’t buy again!!

Ticket was not accessible if can't use an iphone. Tickets to download for printing not available until the day of the event, this is too late, I will already be on the road and have no access to a printer. Tried to provide this feedback to the Skiddle but their 'chat' function has no free type and none of the options offered applied.
