I booked 4 tickets for an event that was advertised for 7th June on Skiddle. On contacting the venue about accessibility I found out the event was not due to happen until later in June. I had purchased ticker protection but both they and Skiddle have said they will not refund. Skiffle suggest passing the tickets on!! To who and for a non existing event! This is such poor customer service. If I hadn’t used this service before I would have said I was a victim of a ticket scam. I am still pursuing a refund so not able to complete all your questions.

Very bad experience 😕. We were a group of six adults and two children. Three of us didn't want to go on rides but at the entrance we weren't given the right information about the difference between the wrist band fare and the entry fee. The lady who served us just offered wrist bands price which we thought was the only way to enter the funfair ground. We ended up paying 96 for all of us. Waste of money for the ones who didn't want to go on rides.

Had my tickets in the basket about to pay, you then make me do a bot test to prove I’m human and within that 30 seconds the tickets I had were gone so I now ended up with the most expensive ones available (which by the way is an absolute disgrace, it’s the same event all tickets should cost the same unless you’re getting anything extra such as VIP)

Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase. I was in the que waiting for my tickets, i got in straight away as they were released i press on buy 1 st release tickets and all were immediately sold out and i had to buy the final realse ticket which was not planned

Tried to buy 2 tickets on there own! But wasn't able to do so. The only way was to but the album and 2 tickets, but I've already got the album on the day of release! There must be a way to buy more than 1 ticket without having to buy merchandise i already have!

It repeatedly wouldn't accept my correct postcode - I had to use my old one. It repeatedly refused to accept my credit card, even though all the details typed in were correct. After one refusal, it did accept my debit card.

Awful, my event was cancelled then heard nothing from Skiddle until too late to get refund. They said I had to contact a third party I'd never heard of, despite my contract being with Skiddle.

Only got a partial refund because the event organiser got involved (who was absolutely brilliant) because of the amount of complaints. Skiddle and the event websites showed different last entry times as one showed 21:30hrs and the other was 19:30hrs, so because of an illness/ health issues when the 4 (all over 50yrs) of us manage to get there at 19:45hrs we was turned away and there was people still queuing to get in. No phone number to talk to anyone just poxy email. Wheres the personal touch gone where you could talk through the issues etc ?

I brought tickets last July for save the rave at Southport venue now changed to Liverpool can't go as some of my party are disabled and would need disabled transport at cost. Save the rave said I could have full refund but Skiddke are refusing due to a 7 day rule eventhough I was dealing with organisers of save the rave and now No one is refunding this is a outrage when they Change Venue I have lost £133 and I'm a pensioner it's a disgrace!!!!!!

Frustrating.I paid for the tickets but couldn't access them.Just the message that the receipt was not tickets.I pressed the two keys but couldn't get the app I did not like the suggestion that we should arrive 45 minutes early to get the tickets .Obviously someone realises that people can pay on line but ……………

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Sometimes can download tickets and sometimes can't. Chris Stapleton tickets I can't download but, ac/dc - dizzy lizzy I can't so I have to try and phone when I get a chance.

Clicked on the link at *exactly* the time it told me to- 10am to find I couldn’t book the first or second release tickets ( only let me pick one). Was then only able to book third release tickets even though it was only 1 minute after release. The whole booking system was clunky and not very good. Would definitely put me off booking any events on Skiddle in the future.
