This is the worse ticket booking service I have ever encountered, bar none! I have spent literally hours trying book tickets and on every occasion I get a message telling me to chose delivery method and there’s not even a choice on the booking form for delivery method. Can’t contact these people other than to email them and they reply within 5 days? This isn’t a service it’s simply not fit purpose. I am now writing to CEO of the venue to complaint about this company…..Disgraceful state of affairs!

Even though I booked a week in advance, I'm not allowed to download a PDF copy of my ticket until 09:00 on the day prior to the event. Why ? My feedback will never be published as all you want is good news, which I'd why your business will eventually fold.

The site provides no help when looking for refunds. It is really difficult to navigate. Answers are impossible to find.

My account was credited twice. Was told by Harriott that the tickets were sent to an email address, this I am not associated with. Rather than issue a refund for the transaction, she is asking to send me the 2 tickets to my email that I legitimately already bought and received my 2 tickets.

Terrible music line up could have been potentially saved by lionesses making the final. To advertise a fan zone and then leave a screen with 9 panels and the middle one missing. The volume off until a member of the public turned it up with security guards permission and when the broadcast connection failed it took 10 minutes for any production staff to arrive to try and fix it. The food was overpriced and very poor quality. The drinks selection was inexplicably limited and the only activities included in the ticket price involved trying to win pairs of subway socks. Saving grace were the extremely friendly young local staff including security who did their best having been deal a complete hospital pass of an event to work at.

We paid for higher priced tickets, than what was on door, we felt that the event was poor and food and drink was day light robbery

We were unable to attend the event as it was a strictly over 18’s gig, I didn't find out until we were at the event, at point of sale there was no reference of this restriction. It was the day before my sons birthday and we ended up trying to make the most of it looking through a security fence. The venue were not helpful or understanding and just blamed Skiddle.

Overly complicated and lengthy process with far too much text . Very frustrating for a non user of smartphone for ticket production. This proved impossible for me, an inexperienced digital systems user. Could not find a telephone contact for customer service. Surely this should be available and evident on documentation. I had to contact the event organiser
