Nothing wrong with skiddle site but the reborn family festival today was the biggest rip off and nothing like the description on the adverts - diabolical - a funfair at best at 4 pound a ride for kids, food stalls ??? Funfair food at ridiculous prices !

Disgraceful that £10.50 of fees not refunded, even though the Cheltenham Tribute Festival was cancelled due to incompetent management by the company involved, Social Eats Events. Skiddle should get compensation for the fees from SEE, not punish its customers.

Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. It kicked me off of the website then when I checked it said Kent still then I received Brighton tickets. I did not receive no refund and no body is getting back to me .

I have purchased 3 tickets for the carnival. When I reached the location, nothing was happening there. I tried communicating and proceed for refund but there’s no solution I see. Really bad experience with Skiddle for the first and last time. 👎

Event was cancelled, no refund so far. Haven't received any email with dates or anything related. When try to get in contact, there's no link, email or any kind of support on the website if not automate answers.... really disappointed, for years I was using skiddle trying to help and avoid the ticket master monopoly but now I can see why they're so big, at least they give your money back, opposite from skiddle

Booked tickets. Even was since cancelled. Skiddle says it can't refund as waiting for event organiser, event organiser has said it has already contacted kiddle. As a result, still no refunds to anyone who has purchased a ticket for the same event. Avoid!

Tickets weren't checked, anyone could have got in for free. Everything very pricey, 40 minute wait for drinks. Monster truck show was a fussier. The truck landed on top of one of the cars and got stuck. The music failed at the glow up so it just seemed that the pilots were firing up the balloons every now and again. Total disaster. Would not go again

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Rubbish security no announce beforehand to say no food or drinks allowed including water, brought my daughter £20 worth of snack, box juice and water all had to thrown but yet certain people allowed to walk in with their drinks and snacks.

Bloons & Tunes midlands. Poorly organised, one single hot air bloon let off in the sky. Basically just an overcrowded expensive fun fair. Would not recommend. Save your money
