I miscalculated by not performing adequate research prior to utilizing their service. I should have examined the company more closely. Reviews would have warned me about their scam. I was fortunate that Chelsy Desmarais 54 AT (G) mail .COM responded to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously. They acted swiftly to address the problem. I received my refund last week thanks to their help. This quick reimbursement was a tremendous relief, showcasing that it is dedicated to its customers.

Everytime tickets became available and skiddle took me through to purchase the tickets by the time I'd put my details in and bank details (in less time than the 8 minute countdown) the tickets wouldn't be available. This happened more than 10 times. The system is poor and stressful.

Adele by candlelight at Guildford cathedral was shocking. Not the performers fault but the sound was absolutely awful, headache inducing dreadful. So many walkouts it was shameful

I left after 2nd song started with many more people . The sound was atrocious.I am sure That Natalie Black will be very disappointed as are many of the people who were there and will be asking for a refund .seats oversold tickets not checked for seating what more can you say waste of money and time

Website is full of programming errors. Payment does not function, "Continue" button does not load anything at all (neither in Chrome, nor Edge, nor Safari), "contact" opens a blank page without any contact information. No email address listed to contact them.

Complaint about the security at the Juvy event. I want to complain about the way my daughter and her 2 friends were treated. Extremely upsetting. These 3 girls have been looking forward to this event for ages. Have spent 30 quid per child on a ticket and about 60 quid on an outfit and they weren't let in as your security have told them that one of them was being sick somewhere. I have spoken to them and they are absolutely adamant that they did not. I want to see this footage of them supposedly bringing up or I want all of their money back for the 3 tickets. I am really dismayed at how these 3 young girls have been treated with NO EVIDENCE. These are 3 well behaved girls who were excited to go dance with their friends & their entire group was let in bar 3. Have you any idea what that feels like for a teenage girl? Please get back to me asap or I will be putting complaints everywhere, this is totally unacceptable! Regards Lisa Spence

Poor service form Skiddle. bought the tickets and the protection only to be ignored by Skiddle and the Event organisers. I was unable to attend due to severe health reasons and informed them of this well in advance of the event. I did not and have not received any refund. According to the conditions on buying the tickets and protection I should have been able to either get a refund within seven days or through the protection that I paid for. To get the refund I would have had to spend just under a hundred pounds in getting doctors report which is slightly more than the tickets. These organisers are aware of these pending costs that they insist on when customers actually need to prove why they are applying for a refund through their protection. My advise would be to not use Skiddle or their partners in any capacity, they seem only interested in revenue and not in customer service or customer care. And if my experience is anything to go by, they have no commitment to the community.

Shocking was not like advertised, kids were devastated, no motorbikes, no live music, 1 food van, rides £5 a go, stunt bikes was literally like my child going up and down the ramps in the park and no sign of the characters

Attended the family event at Fos Las Racecourse Carmarthen on 25 May 25. The event was shocking, total waste of money and time. Half of what was advertised wasn't even there.

Not clear on the entrance policy - went with my wife and 18 year old son (who doesn’t even drink alcohol) and we were all turned away by over zealous security

Not even a 90s event when you play music from the 80s all the way through to the 2010s. Pretty poor show. The acts had 4 hours in between with a naff DJ. Drinks were overpriced. So you were better buying the deals. The staff at the even were lovely. But the actual event itself was terrible. I will be asking for a refund.

Nothing against Skiddle as a company however, they have sold and promoted tickets for a family fest in Kidwelly. Spent £102.50 on tickets for the family for nothing to even be at the event. There wasn’t anything for the children, literally just an ice cream Van and 1 ride with someone dressed up as Stitch. We even hired a mini bus to travel quite a distance. We would like Skiddles help with sorting this!
