So I booked the Friday at the Norfolk showground event for Friday 12th September 2025 at a cost of £10.99, this does not include the exorbitant handling booking fees, Friday event cancelled by the organisers, my booking automatically moved to Saturday 13th May, Saturday ticket price as of today £5, no offer of refund of £5.99 difference which is owed to me, no way on the website to claim this back - what a rip off

Was allowed to buy tickets at 7.44pm and wasn't allowed in as they stopped entries. Very poor

When taken to the payment screen, I would appreciate a reminder of what I am buying rather than just the total price. I purchased multiple tickets and was just told the total cost rather than the number of tickets or what they were for. I am unable to download the Skiddle app due to limited storage space, but when I attempted to access a PDF version of my ticket, I was told to 'return in 10 days'. Why can't I access my ticket this way but I supposedly can access it through the app?

I bought tickets from this bunch of rats and after I paid they said to download the App to get my tickets, After I downloaded the App and opened it there were no tickets and there are still no tickets.

I have used Skiddle for many years to purchase tickets for all different kind of events, I prefer to use Skiddle over Ticketmaster to be honest, but my experience with buying tickets for the juvy event have left me feeling ripped off, was online 20 mins before the tickets were released, refreshed the page every minute when there was 4-5 mins left till release, 6.30pm tickets go on sale and instantly the only option were the final release at a whooping £28 per ticket, a massive increase of £17. Now in the 10 seconds it took me to check out on the final release tickets there is no way possible that the 3 lower charged tickets could have sold out at that speed, especially when there are still final release tickets available now as I write this. Also event starts at 6pm but my daughter didn’t get in until 7.45pm last time so £28 a ticket for 2 hours is crazy.

I was in the queue for my tickets and showed that i was 2nd in the queue so i expected to get early bird tickets for the event when i finally got through i was at the 3rd stage 2nd release tickets this is so wrong and should be addressed going forward

I was in the queue trying to book VIP tickets, but when I went to pay, the system sent me back to the start of the process. By the time I got through again, the tickets had jumped from weeked £118 to £228 each. I ended up having to buy a child VIP ticket and an adult standard ticket instead. Absolutely gutted I won’t be in VIP.

Dead dance floor wasn’t allowed in the upstairs dance Floor so spent most of the time in the smoking area meant a girl and was nice to her and she ended up stealing my sweater

I logged on at 6:30 as soon as they was realised and every ticket was sold out only tickets available are £28 this isn’t on it’s a scam in my opinion
