“Went well for first time user although first ticket payment did not go through for some reason second time worked ok”

“I like the app and it gives events local to you - which is great. However I find the level of personal information they require, to open the app and book the tickets is intrusive.”

Hi , Thank you for leaving a review. We are glad you had a positive experience with Skiddle! We only ask for these details if you're buying tickets. We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. Don’t worry though, your details are protected by our Privacy Policy so we won't sell your details to any third parties. Have a lovely day! MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

“The only issue i have, i put in all my details i then put all my bank details for 3 tickets then press submit. The site took me through the complete process again but this time i was on a timer count down which concerned me it would take 2 lots of payment. Why did this happen ?”
