Skiddle is the easiest seller to buy from in my experince. Usually first come first served isn’t a problem. The only problem I have is when there is a waiting list or a queue, I believe the first come first served is better.

It was very easy to book my tickets and like that for a small fee my ticket can be protected.I was able to pay for my tickets using PayPal which is a plus for me.

Was fine ordering, but can't do pdf print out until day before concert?! Not everyone is tech savvy and I'll be traveling so hard to print. Hate the idea I have to download an app.

All fine and efficient. But for some reason on my PC I had to minimize the screen to see the Buy/Confirm buttons etc.

I like the app and it gives events local to you - which is great. However I find the level of personal information they require, to open the app and book the tickets is intrusive.

Hi , Thank you for leaving a review. We are glad you had a positive experience with Skiddle! We only ask for these details if you're buying tickets. We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. Don’t worry though, your details are protected by our Privacy Policy so we won't sell your details to any third parties. Have a lovely day! MK Skiddle Customer Support Team
