Straight-forward, no fuss. HOWEVER: Booking fee should be less, so called ‘Handling fee’ should not even exist.

Hi lan, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

Great party..but now the price is ridiculous how can Ealing council do that. Last year was £11 now 22.

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Have a nice day! MK Skiddle Customer Support

Easy to use but the only thing is when ordering a rapid ticket you have to wait nearly a week before you can down load it.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

Booking was straightforward, disappointed the process to download wouldn't work as it wouldn't accept my card number which I use for paypal. Also don't seem to be able to transfer individual tickets to my guests-what happens if I am unable to attend on the night or we can't travel together? other sites more straightforward in these respects

Easy to use and quick. But there is alot of bad reviews so if your event is cancelled looks difficult to get your money back.
