“I found getting my ticket very easy but accessing it a little confusing but got there in the end. Then after all the effort to access my ticket, the person at the gate didn’t even ask or look at it. So it seemed like a huge waste of energy to even bother downloading everything which annoyed me. At least the event was entertaining and the food was excellent. My only complaint was the vendors who politicized their booths with Palestinian rhetoric and flags. I was not at a political event or a support Free Palestine one and therefore did not support any of those vendors.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. If you would like to leave a review of an event you attended, you can do so on the Skiddle listing. Please just head to the event on Skiddle and leave your feedback on the ‘reviews’ tab. By leaving a review on the listing, the promoter can gather feedback on their events as this review platform is purely for how you found your booking experience. “Ordering was absolutely brilliant 👏 and checkout was good to. The only problem I had is the access to my tickets I have no printer and I did not want to go on to get an app. So I do had one problem to get an access for my tickets.”

“Great to have free entrance to to the Gnoll Food Fayre, but I'm just getting used to QR codes, I did have a bit of trouble locating the tickets but managed to print from pdf ..... THANKYOU.”
