You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. “I had joined a waiting list to be notified once tickets were available. I received an email letting me know some had come available, but only gave me 10 minutes to purchase. Unfortunately I didn't see the email, but fortunately some were still available. The actual process once on the App is easy to use. ☺️”

“Straight-forward, no fuss. HOWEVER: Booking fee should be less, so called ‘Handling fee’ should not even exist.”

Hi lan, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

Hi Ian, Thank you for your feedback. In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Have a nice day!
