“I’m not very experienced with technology so I did find it difficult. I had discounts for more tickets but the option never came on screen so I missed out”

“The only issue i have, i put in all my details i then put all my bank details for 3 tickets then press submit. The site took me through the complete process again but this time i was on a timer count down which concerned me it would take 2 lots of payment. Why did this happen ?”
