Nice easy booking process though as usual exorbitant booking fees. Would also have liked a little more description about what the different ticket types got you so you know whether or not it is worth paying for slightly more expensive tickets.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found our site easy to use! A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organiser is the individual which provide information on the different tiers. Not much to say really... I paid and got the tickets promptly... Various ways of accessing the tix digitally all worked fine.. Only thing that really annoys me - and the whole world - are 'admin fees' ... Disgraceful, whoever is getting away with charging these. No idea if that's you but it's shameful..

Love Skiddle and always try to use them when it's an option. Just one thing - please get rid of the constant "selling fast" and "busy event" pop ups. They do nothing to aid blood pressure or stress levels - I imagine they're not very helpful to people with neurodivergence either.

The children really enjoyed their afternoon at Rollnation it was a fun experience for them. The only downside was that there were no lockers available, and the drinks were a little pricey.

It was fine till I had to open an app to get the tickets. Apparently it doesn't work on a Motorola so now I'm waiting till 5/9/25 to download the pdf tickets and hoping to goodness that I don't forget. I don't like using my phone for such things anyway and would much sooner hace a printable version.

Skiddle sold me my non sold out event ticket for €14. They were charging 10 for walk up to the door tix. Strange.

Easy process but needed more tickets than allowed to purchase on app . No way to contact anyone to allow me to purchase of all tickets in the one transaction had to make three transactions, could have been a problem if tickets where not available for all that I needed.

Long waiting time for tickets and price rise makes it extremely expensive to buy tickets a group. Why do they need to increase prices so high considering families with children frequent this event.
