The event I bought the tickets for was moved 3 days before the event, I understand that this is not skiddles doing but I requested a refund as soon as I found the date had moved to be told that as they are a secondary seller they could not do this, I checked daily so see about a refund, log on today to find that the window to get a refund closed weeks ago, I had no notification of this.

Got booted as I was paying for tickets, had to rejoin the queue, had to buy more expensive tickets as the ones I had originally chosen were now sold out!

Can't resell tickets, phone line closes at 4pm but event doesn't open till 11pm. Unhelpful contacting hours.

I got stuck overseas and therefore couldn’t make the sister sledge event at Manchester cathedral. They refused to refund or enable resell. Will avoid using this platform again.

I don’t want to download the app. I just wanted my ticket bar code sent to my email. Not an email asking me to download the app. I am glad I am just visiting and I don’t have to put put of your dark user experience. Stop forcing people to download the app so they can proof purchase!

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Not enough time to complete order of tickets on line. Also why is d.o.b and sexuality needed just to purchase tickets for a music concert. I consider that an intrusion of privacy. Will not order with Skiddle again if i can help it.

Hi there Thank you for leaving a review. We only ask for these details if you're buying tickets. We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. Don’t worry though, your details are protected by our Privacy Policy so we won't sell your details to any third parties. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Have a nice day! MK Skiddle Customer Support

Hi Jing, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Attended motor fest at Hertfordshire showground today was really dissapointed. The website stated rides would cost between 2.50 and 5 most were actually 6 for all of a few mins. Queued and waited over hour and half for food, I didn't see characters walking about like stated there was only one monster truck which wasn't massive and just done the same stunt crawling over cars had to walk really far from car park, no bins about no seating anywhere everything way overpriced poorly organised would not recommend

Terrible service, all they want you to do is download their app, if you don't, you have to wait until the day before the concert to print off your ticket, when guess what? Yes, I'll be nowhere near a computer. This is all about making it hard for the customer to access their ticket. Awful service!
