No staff member to scan our qr code we was made to walk 10 mins to another bar for the qr code to be scanned to get our wristband and that venue told me they don't have a scanning machine so had to walk another 8mins to another venu to finally get our bands got to the nightclub and still had to pay £5 ontop of our wristband as we was 2 mins after 2am night club entries. Shocking service will not be using the service again

This event is a disgrace, sound quality is better on my portable bluetooth speaker, beer is £6.5, security will take all your liquids including perfumes, however this never mentioned on their website. Proper waste of money £56, worst festival ever! Better bingewatch netflix.

Really disappointed with the service. Tried to change event days and chatbot wouldn't work, no one got back to me till the next day and then they wouldn't change and the event i had tickets for had finished. If chat bot had worked and not glitched i would of been on plenty of time to change.

We just attended campfire festival east park hull. We left after an hour this morning as 4pm. The singer on was very good but unfortunately we could not hear him because of the ridiculous fair ground and their loud over powering rave music, so disappointed The bar sold cans at £6 and the beer was warm…no thank you guys you need to realise they’re way to many gigs out there that do it so much better. We also heard so many other people complaining overpriced warm drinks and clash of music. I paid £80 for my family felt we were totally ripped off. Gutted Jennifer kelly

Ridiculously obtuse way of retrieving tickets. Just send me the PDF, it's a £4 ticket. It doesn't need to be fort Knox.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Event that was postponed to this year never heard anything contacted SKIDDLE multiple times kept throwing me to the next person and still months later I’ve not had a refund. £121 is owed to me Stop stealing peoples money

Absolutely disgusting service. An even was cancelled due to 'unforseen circumstances'. Purchased in July 2024, event was beginning of May 2025 and I've had zero communication from skiddle regarding a refund. I tried to get the funds back from my bank, which Monzo did but then Skiddle clawed this back from me!! I am nearly £100 out of pocket and will never use or recommend Skiddle again.

I have a ticket for 29th. However you do not mention if you have facilities-for disabled people, also if requiring a taxi for collection, where is the collection point? I have heard some people say the event has been poor in terms of acts, food & memorabilia. I sincerely hope that is not the case as I will report the outcome through my music network & groups. If it proves to be a poor event a) I will want a full refund plus my taxi fare to get home. So please can you reassure me that the event be as advertised and that arrangements are Clear for the disabled.

Event has been cancelled tickets refunded but the booking fee has been applied as a credit which cannot be used as it expires on the same date as issued. I have a feeling this is a scam site 😞

Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Absolutely Disgusting. I booked tickets for Truckfest Tewkesbury. Only to get an email to say it had been cancelled. Now can't get a refund. As they try and send you to another show. I personally wouldn't use them again. And certainly wouldn't recommend them.
