“The app works fine but I'm not impressed with being charged a "delivery fee" for a bar code that just appears within the app.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. “What's there to review? I buy a ticket from a site that requires no human interaction after the initial site set up and there is still a fee on top of the ticket price.”

“I don't know if it is Skiddle or the event organiser but I feel that I was conned. I was booking tickets for the summer fest at the beach, selected the person tickets for my family and on the next screen was given parking and coach options, I selected the parking and continued to book. At no point did it say anywhere that the premium festival parking was on the beach and that certain vehicles (campervans and vehicles over 5.5) cannot use this parking. It wasnt until after I had booked that I found this out, my vehicle is not able to use the parking, I have contacted the organiser but they were not interested in helping me at all. I feel that this should have been on the booking page for the car parking.”
