“Found it quite difficult as not used to paying on line & then having to create an account. Would have liked to have paid for tickets & been sent them simply to email”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. SA Skiddle Customer Support Team
