Hey Barrie, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order. “The event I bought the tickets for was moved 3 days before the event, I understand that this is not skiddles doing but I requested a refund as soon as I found the date had moved to be told that as they are a secondary seller they could not do this, I checked daily so see about a refund, log on today to find that the window to get a refund closed weeks ago, I had no notification of this.”

“Usually I have no problem with Skiddle but the order screen froze as I was about to process the payment and in between ordering and paying for some reason, although I had ordered 5 tickets, I ended up paying for 8. The venue were great and refunded the tickets for me but lost £3 in booking fees which I didn’t need to pay for because I didn’t need the tickets.”
