“Can't resell tickets, phone line closes at 4pm but event doesn't open till 11pm. Unhelpful contacting hours.”

“Nothing has gone wrong, but I ordered and paid for ticket to Boney M in Coventry. The site is now ready to download the ticket, however, they're asking for credit card number. I want to know why as I've already paid. I've recently been scammed by a different company, so cautious”

“I got stuck overseas and therefore couldn’t make the sister sledge event at Manchester cathedral. They refused to refund or enable resell. Will avoid using this platform again.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. HW Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Ordered a pair of tickets for a gig on Friday. Went through paying by PayPal no problem. Then I tried to order another pair of tickets for a gig on Sunday and that's when the problem started. I got a message saying that the transaction had been declined by my bank. I phoned American Express and they said that there was no problem at their end and there was nothing showing as being declined after the first order for tickets had gone through and that I should contact Skiddle and ask them. I phoned the number and discovered it's only open until 2:40! WTF kind of time is that to finish at? Fortunately I had another card to pay with but that's not the point. I also had a problem with the strange 03333 number on my landline. I got a beep and then a weird three tone sound which then turned into the engaged tone. Tried several times and then had to use my mobile phone to get through. You would have got a better star review if you'd been open and able to deal with my problem after 2:30. Is every day POETS day at Skiddle?”
