“The payment process needs improving. I made a payment but on Skiddle it didn’t go through and had to make the payment again but ended up being charged twice. It was fixed but an unnecessary heavier for large ticket purchases. With a timer counting down it should be seamless.”

“Can’t complain about the system, but the fees are a joke. Each ticket was reasonably priced, but then they added a £1.75 booking fee on each ticket, and then charged £2.50 to receive those tickets digitally! For what! My £90 tickets actually cost £102.50 to receive. Do better Skiddle”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket.
