“I tried to change my booking and venue because of two “Fuzz” bands. But, no one at Skiddle were available to help. Disappointed that they didn’t respond to my request/ issue 👎”

“Booking process was easy and secure enough however it was the wrong information on the ticket. The Skiddle ticket stated the event started 7pm however the event actually started at 5pm so we missed a good portion of the event which was disappointing”

“Getting the tickets was an extra stress that was not needed. I paid for my ticket, had the email so why do I need to download an app to get my ticket or download a pdf. The actual event waas not as great as it was made out to be so I won't be going again because it was way over priced.”

“Spooktacular, but I’m honestly disappointed. The website clearly advertised tickets for £20, which is what convinced me to go in the first place. But when I arrived, the price was suddenly £24.99 with no explanation. That’s a 25% increase!No nice people on selling tickets. As a parent with 3 children I had to pay tiket for accompanied the kids. not same price as on website.”

“Bought tickets for the Wakefield Oktoberfest. Arrived and advised that we must have a £5 cash deposit for the stein. Apparently we should have received an email to tell us. We hadn't. Surprised given the cost of the ticket the stein's aren't included. Tried to pay the deposit on card £2.50 charge each (or one fee if deposits paid together). Had to pop out for cash. Wasn't ready on time, a bit of a shambles and not worth the money.”

“I don`t know if it was at your end but my debit card wasn`t accepted, tried a few times then had to use my husbands. Got there in the end though so all good!”
