“The skiddle link in the Facebook post just gave an error message so had to search by city venue and date - once I'd done that ticket purchase was simple.”

“They do not do refunds so unless you are 100% certain you can go i wouldn't use this service. Even with the ticket protection fee added.”

When you opt in you agree that you have read the Refund Protection terms & conditions. https://www.skiddle.com/refund-protection-ticketplan.php After reading these terms and conditions, you then have the option to add the protection, or complete your order without.
