“Took ages to do what should be a simple job of booking tickets. Completed multiple are you a human checks. Multiple are you sure you don’t want to donate to charity. Receive offers by post? Emailed? Pidgeon. All very annoying”

“I clicked to book Saturday tickets for Pavillion Festival. When I clicked it and paid I realised it was 2 Sunday ones instead. I instantly contacted Skiddle to ask if these could be changed to the Saturday but they have not been helpful at all! I am a loyal customer and can't believe how I have been treated! The poster was not clear at all, and when you look at my tickets it looks like it is Saturday tickets until you actually click it. This has put me off now and I will be returning back to Ticketmaster from now on!”

“Improve your website for mobile, it's archaic and the way finding is poor. Model your app off Resident Advisor or Headfirst. You're lazy for not improving this apsect of your service.”
