“Having registered early, I wanted to book VIP tickets for the 2026 Noughty 90s festival in Newcastle. Which I’think’ I have done. When so go into your app I can see I’ve got 2 tickets but there’s no designation on the. So I’m hopeful they are what I tried to book Peter Barry-Davies”

“The booking system was fine but getting hold of the tickets is a problem I have paid for them and would like them in my posession and not wait till November 8th to download. I do not want to access the app I want a printed ticket in my hand . Thank you”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order. Have a lovely day! “Happy with my booking but your telephone staff couldn’t answer my question which was basic are the tickets sold per person or per table I had to call the venue to get an answer”

“I ordered two tickets for me and my wife for Aura Night Club in Aberdeen. We paid over 16 pounds with insurance. We arrived before 10 pm. Club should be open at 10 pm, but there was dark inside. Nobody was there. We were waiting almost until 11 pm. Nobody opened the club. I wanted to request refund, but I wasn't entitled to. And I paid for insurance. I can have refund only if party is cancelled or postponed. On the system it wasn't looking like cancelled. It was looking like it took place, but club was closed. I can't have refund for fake parties, which don't exist and for closed clubs. I lost trusting to skiffle, because they probably sell tickets for fake parties.”
