“there was a glitch but then i did finally recieve my tickets confirmation and am waiting to download the tickets on the 12th sept”

“Far too complex on getting your actual ticket. I struggled to get to a screen that actually had the ticket. It will put a lot of people off.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. “Kept timing out even though I wasn't that slow. Plus having booked at the beginning of September for a January event I could not have tickets in any shape or form until December. This is not a comfortable feeling given I was booking for six people and therefore not cheap but still paid by me.”

Hi Margaret, In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order. Here at Skiddle, we always aim to put our customers first.
