Easy to use and find out where your favourite artists are playing. Quick booking. My only gripe is that I want to be able to change my email address without deleting my account and I can't.

There were a couple of glitches where the platform was so busy for the event I was buying for, but that’s to be expected. The process was very simple and self explanatory and once through the waiting room took no time at all !

Brought Reggaeland Tickets via an email link but despite it being skiddle it takes you to a browser not the app so you end up having to login on the browser even though you have the app. I didn't go via the app because the app doesn't allow you to join the que before 9am so using the app puts you further down the list

Never hand a problem. Gues what. This time. . . Same sh*t. No problems. Never paying to protect a ticket when booking here. Waste of money. Saving 5 stars for a problem that they resolve that maintains my opinion.

awkward to access all areas, took 5 attempts before i finally completed order. one point was advised "timed out" start again so obviously had to go through again which almost had me giving up! ended well however and looking forward to a great gig. cheers🤘

In regards to the delivery fee, it covers the overheads incurred by dispatching the order or providing the scanning technology used to produce and validate your ticket quickly and efficiently at the event. As you can appreciate without charging a fee we, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to operate. Buying tickets for events should be simple and it is simple on here. My only problem is when I screen shot my order number and I get a warning my tickets could be removed for trying to duplicate them.

In regards to the screenshot warning, please be advised it is just a warning. The barcode must have been present within the screenshot as this is when the warning appears. Wouldn’t do it on the website. No problem whatsoever on the App so I think that’s the way to go. Once I’d sorted that, was a piece of cake.

From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF.
