Disgrace advertising "free" tickets for an event then cancelling them then charging people It was an option to donate and then you forced it upon people

Horrendous customer service. I have been waiting for a refund for the rescheduled Save the Rave in Perth for months. Avoid this company.

I ordered a ticket for a venue. I got a ticket, with a qr-code. But in the message its only states that its a ticket and that im placed on balcony, but nothing about row or SEAT which is very strange, since i specified that im NOT intersted of a standing place...

Iv emailed several times and start a chat on Skiddle app! The gig I bought tickets for has changed date and I can no longer attend. No one from the company will respond I feel it’s terrible customer service

Unfortunately no refund received. Look a like festival date was changed and I applied for refund within the time given for 4 vip tickets. This was on 8th August. It’s now 30th August and 10 days is well and truly over. Be aware! Cannot get a response from anyone and no refund received! Very disappointing service

Absolute joke! Booked tickets to 2 events, promised children and family members, only for them all to be cancelled 2 days before.... Due to the unprecedented number of sign ups for this event, we have been asked to reduce capacity due to the Manchester United football match taking place at Old Trafford on the same afternoon. What a joke!

Saw advert for free tickets, managed to get some, really pleased up to then. I then got email to say due to unprecedented response all free tickets were being cancelled! I then logged in to buy some, all lower price said sold out, so i bought the more expensive ones (as I'd already promised the day out to people), only to then a few days later see an advert for the lower priced ones!!!

The event was cancelled and Skiddle don’t seem the be that bothered about investigating or helping. And remains to keep the event organiser anonymous making me fill in a form and not give me a direct contact.

I booked a two day concert ticket Friday & Saturday. Unfortunately one of my favorite bands pulled out on the Friday so I wanted to cancel that day but keep the Saturday ticket. Apparently I'm not allowed !! pretty appauliing if you ask me ! Never had issues before. Won't be using Skiddle again

A show was cancelled and Skiddle would not support the refund. They gave a deadline to the organisers but failed to adhere to it. When trying to liaise with their customer support team they refused to assist and just kept sending an email address for the event organisers who weren’t responding either. Their line is that they are just a ticket support function and any cancellations have nothing to do with them. Buyers beware. !

The Hastings Pier event was horrendous. The most badly organised event I've ever been to. How this shambles of a company exists is hard to understand.

Booked online but required to cancel a few hours later when I realised there’s no train back after 11pm. Tried the ‘CoolOff’ section but it’s telling me the last 4 digits of the card I used is wrong ( which is not true as I only have one card). So it won’t let me cancel and get refund. Very disappointed!!

Southampton outdoor Look alike festival - no refund ! Hundreds of customers out of pocket, no one taking responsibility - happy to keep your cash even when they changes the date!!! And guarantee this won’t get posted !

Went to Hastings look a like festival and it was a shambles and a disaster… paid for VIP but this was worse than standard tickets. Security staff were bullies and nearing caused issues with the peaceful audience.. other reviews from previous venues pretty much all saying the sane thing… Don’t book a Skiddle event !!!

Bought tickets in good faith to the Lookalike festival at Hastings. Expensive VIP tickets. However although an awful show skiddle wont pass on complaints to the organisers, won't deal with refunds, won't give out contact details so we can contact organisers and instead suggest we try to find them on Facebook! Won't ever buy anything via Skiddle again

Hi, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Please be aware, that Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: Face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase. I'd best advise passing on your unwanted ticket(s) to someone else to ensure that you don't lose out on the money spent. The party was generally weak, the beer was very expensive, the weather was poor. Up to a certain point I was even having fun until woman went to the security guard, saying that I was supposedly following and filming her and that I was stoned (????). That's what raves are about, that people dance, drink and have fun together. If someone is paranoid, sees conspiracies and people with cameras everywhere, they should put down the drugs and stay home.

The security at the Hastings festival were shocking yesterday!(25.8.24) We had our water & snacks taken off us on arrival & then weren’t allowed out of the pier to buy food! This would’ve been ok but there were hardly any food stands on the pier! I queued for 40 minutes to buy some chips to be told they run out of them when I got up the stand!! We had VIP tickets & the VIP BAR was BEHIND THE STAGE!! (Worst location for a VIP area I’ve ever known for an event like this!!) The security seemed very poorly managed by “boys under 25!!” Who kept moving us back as we had fold away chairs to sit on. There were many of us who had mobility issues but we’re still told to move as far back as possible if we wanted to sit down on our chairs. It was poorly organised & I won’t be using Skiddle again or buying a VIP ticket as there was no benefit whatsoever to buying it!! 🙄😬
