Skiddle did not work for me and I was unable to load my tickets either via web nor app.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. Hi, Skiddle is just the booking platform for event organisers to list their events on. We can only refund if an event is cancelled or postponed any other refunds have to be authorised via the event organisers. Very bad the first time I tried to place my order it said it couldn’t be processed so I tried again and it charged me twice and gave me double the amount of tickets I wanted

I booked 2 tickets for Pete Tong 19th July Herrington park Sunderland Gig was cancelled at dinner time on the day 😡 Its now September 14th and still no money back refund SKIDDLE saying its down to event promoter's They saying there putting a claim in for insurance against weather It was scorching sun on this day and the day after a gig went ahead at the same venue Basically why do I need to wait for an insurance claim the event didn't happen so money shouldn't have changed hands Still waiting 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely waste of money and time same boring music over again toilets where disgusting drugs everywhere u looked and to top it off paid extra for a after party and shuttle bus which didn’t turn up and a party that had less than 10 people in and ended 4 hours early ,I wouldn’t bother wasting money

Very confusing, cannot print my tickets off ! Have to download yet another app on my phone only to be told I cannot print or view my ticket till the night before the event ! Not happy. All I expected to do was pay for my ticket which I have done and print my ticket, not so. Why make things so complicated for a simple process of buying and printing a ticket ! Will not be using this app in future !

Beware! If they cancel something you have booked and paid for, and then you can’t make the new date, don’t expect to get your money back. Am still waiting for my refund from end July 2024

Skiddle take no responsibility for the lack of refund for the outdoor tribute festival put on by jaly concerts that was postponed at short notice. We have not been able to get our money back from jaly even though we were told by skiddle it had been processed. Email to jaly are not answered and the phone number on their website is fake. Do jaly concerts actually exist?

Don’t purchase the insurance … waste of money… cannot attend event due to catching Covid & there reply was sorry cannot help you, give the vip tickets away or go … not good knowing the event isn’t bothered about people’s health … Barton Live 😔

I am very disappointed with skiddle company. I 've purchased a tickets for concert which has been reschedule for different date. I requested a refund and haven't received money back...its been over a month now. I don't recommend this website to purchase a tickets

Hey there, Thanks for leaving a review, For this particular event, please be aware that Skiddle purely provided the booking platform as the organiser opted to handle ticket payments directly via their own 3rd party service (Stripe). This means that Skiddle did not handle the ticket funds at any stage. As such, I'm unable to assist further with the refund as it's the event organiser's responsibility to handle this via their Stripe account. I also can't check on whether the refund has settled I'm afraid. I'd best advise contacting the event organisers on social media. AH Skiddle Customer Support Team
