Skiddle take no responsibility for the lack of refund for the outdoor tribute festival put on by jaly concerts that was postponed at short notice. We have not been able to get our money back from jaly even though we were told by skiddle it had been processed. Email to jaly are not answered and the phone number on their website is fake. Do jaly concerts actually exist?

Don’t purchase the insurance … waste of money… cannot attend event due to catching Covid & there reply was sorry cannot help you, give the vip tickets away or go … not good knowing the event isn’t bothered about people’s health … Barton Live 😔

Hey there, Thank you for your feedback, I can see you contacted us about this a couple of days ago where my colleague explained that we are unable to process this swap as it is a downgrade in price. I am very disappointed with skiddle company. I 've purchased a tickets for concert which has been reschedule for different date. I requested a refund and haven't received money back...its been over a month now. I don't recommend this website to purchase a tickets

Hey there, Thanks for leaving a review, For this particular event, please be aware that Skiddle purely provided the booking platform as the organiser opted to handle ticket payments directly via their own 3rd party service (Stripe). This means that Skiddle did not handle the ticket funds at any stage. As such, I'm unable to assist further with the refund as it's the event organiser's responsibility to handle this via their Stripe account. I also can't check on whether the refund has settled I'm afraid. I'd best advise contacting the event organisers on social media. AH Skiddle Customer Support Team

Bought tickets for an upcoming event. This event date was changed to a date we can not attend. Emailed the contact given several times by the ticket outlet that they said to contact for refunds. Never heard back. Money down the tubes. Angry as never had this issue with ticket master. Tried Skiddle and they gave an online form to contact the event organisers, again no reply or phone number to be found anywhere. Absolutely disgraceful, a reply to this would be a bonus!!!

My friends and I booked three tickets for the tribute bands festival in Southampton on 11th August. Just a few days before the event was rescheduled with no explanation. As we were flying from Jersey specifically for the festival we had paid for plane tickets and two nights in a hotel which were non-refundable. As it is not possible to attend on the new date we emailed Skiddle for a refund of our tickets. It was promised in 10 to 14 days. My friend has chased up the payment, but it is now 37 days and still NO refund! Terrible customer service. Don't risk your money booking with Skiddle.

Huge hassle just to book an iver priced shuttle bus ticket to a festival (which should be free). Had to spend 15mins figuring out the process to buy a simple bus ticket while the bus waited full of people. Its obvious Skiddle want to hook you in making you sign up, download apps, create accounts, approve via email security (when internet was bad), add bank cards…plus the process had me going round in circles because it simoly didn’t work (even with good internet)! Terrible and frustrating experience.

You could have simply headed over to skiddle.com, checked out as a guest and accessed your tickets as PDFs from your confirmation email. 90s rave at Chepstow racecourse. Venue was grim, dismal with no atmosphere, was in what looked like a car park, all tarmac. Little seating available, expensive food and drink and no tap water available despite being told there would be by security, you had to buy expensive bottled water. Left after an hour and enjoyed a drink in a nearby pub and walk along the river instead. Would not attend another event, felt like it has been done on the cheap. Very disappointing.

Another stupid ticket vendor that insists you download their app to be able to view the tickets you have bought. Must have 15 different apps just to get tickets. A real pain. Why can’t they just email you your tickets??

Three prices advertised, two cheapest are sold out instantly (I refreshed the page multiple times in the lead up to 10am) suggesting very high demand but dearest tickets still on sale days later. Borderline scam.

This is done by the event organiser. When an event is in high demand, we cannot guarantee that there will be the cheapest tickets left as these can often sell out very quickly! It's stupid that I have to either download an app to retrieve my tickets or download both tickets separately. It really made scanning my tickets an absolute faff. Downloading all tickets from one attachment in an email used to be so much easier. Please go back to that because what you currently have is useless

You don't need to be logged in on the app, all you need to do is simply press 'Get your tickets' in your confirmation email and you will be able to get these in the app straight away! I was alarmed to hear that I had to pay 7.50 as a spectator with my grandchildren… I feel that this company is capitalising on a sport that is geared to the young and healthy and the prices is hitting families who have more than one child’s poco. We are living in critical times, costs of living crisis. Therefore, with this in mind I can not engage in this activity too often, due to the high leverage in prices.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. So completely overcomplicated, all the subscriprion stuff is awful still not got ticket i sm going to have to go to venue to see if they can issue a physical ticket. Simplify this process
