Pete Tong's Ibiza Classics was due to to take place on 19th July but was cancelled due to poor conditions (at very, very short notice). Skiddle is still listing the event as 'postponed' more than a month later. There has been no attempt to offer entry to alternative events, and having taken time off work to attend the first one, I don't intend to risk this happening again, so definitely won't be attending any replacement. So where is the money? How long is it reasonable to pretend something is 'postponed'? Is this just an attempt to keep my money in the promoters bank account for as long as possible?

Hello There, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle are currently working with the event organisers to arrange a new date, we typically give the organisers a month to return to us with a new date. In the meantime, we are recouping funds from the event organisers so we can open up the refund window. As you were made aware, Skiddle is solely the ticketing platform used for this event, as such we do not hold the face value funds, and need to recoup these. For a simple purchasing of tickets there were way too many questions. I tried to by the tickets as a guests and still had to go through questions like DOB, my Sex, full address despite online tickets, website crashed so had to go through process twice. Would not recommend...

We do not run any of the events listed on our site and so we depend on event organisers to let us know if they authorise us to add PA/Carer tickets to orders. If you are unsure as to if this is available for an event you would like to attend you can contact us via the following methods and someone can look into this for you. I bought tickets, the event was cancelled & rescheduled but unfortunately I cannot go on the new dates, a refund was offered but they have failed to answer any of my emails & have just ignored me, absolutely terrible customer service, well there just isn’t any, would never book again.

Unable to update card details. Have been trying for 6 days on 5 different devices with the same problem. Website says it is all operational which clearly is a lie. Customer service don't seem bothered at all when the event is now in 6 days time. No other way of updating card details allegedly. Absolutely shocking.

Absolutely useless! Event date was changed and requested a refund of one of the 6 VIP tickets purchased but they are not doing this. I emailed them as requested and nothing has been actioned. I'll be taking this further for sure and will never book through Skiddle again. Not fit for purpose - AVOID

Hello Dee, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your query further, on the 2nd of August we sent out an email with a clear date in which you needed to respond by. The first time you got in contact with Skiddle was outside of this window. As you have been advised, Skiddle was only able to refund in this window due to the event organiser using a third party payment processor called Stripe. Outside of this window, if Skiddle was to action a refund, nothing would be actioned. You have been referred to the event organiser where you can now request your refund so they can action this via their Stripe account. I hope this helps clarify. IJ Skiddle Customer Support Team

Absolutely zero customer service. Still waiting for any contact re a refund for change of date for an event. I have sent several emails and not one acknowledged. Absolutely disgusting. I will never use this service again

You do not need to download the app. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. If I could leave a no star review I would. Pete tong at Herrington park cancelled 2 hrs before gates opened. No communication no reschedule ( not that I’d want one now!) and no sign of a refund. Absolute scammers

An event has been rescheduled to a date when I can’t attend. I have sent a claim to refund my ticket as requested, but I haven’t heard anything back. So poor customer service and still waiting for my refund

The event we were due to see was on the 15 th July and was cancelled 2 hours before the event , it is now nearly a month since and I have heard absolutely nothing about a refund no communication whatsoever , I would not recommend this site at all

We are working with the event organiser to arrange refunds for those unable to attend the rescheduled date. Please be aware, Skiddle is solely the ticketing platform, as such we do not hold all the event funds. As such we have to recoup funds in order to fairly open up the refund window to all customers. Gary adams - event cancelled April, no managers available to speak to re a refund for £100 everytime you phone, just called and girl said managers in meeting a called back as it was lunchtime and wait for it another girl said no managers in today!! Scammers and absolute liars !!!!

When you called, our line manager was in a meeting, so you were advised, as with all manager call backs, you will receive one in up to 3 working days. If you would like to leave a review of an event you attended, you can do so on the Skiddle listing. Please just head to the event on Skiddle and leave your feedback on the ‘reviews’ tab. By leaving a review on the listing, the promoter can gather feedback on their events as this review platform is purely for how you found your booking experience.
