I always order from skiddle and I have mostly been happy with their service. However this time I tried to book two tickets for the noughty90sfest in Brighton, it says on the festivals website that they offer a complimentary carers ticket. The email on their site i have contacted and had no response, so I emailed skiddle and only got one reply confirming that is the correct email address. I gave up waiting and I have now paid full price for the carers ticket, I know this isn't skiddles fault, however I am getting pretty much the same response from both parties.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool, in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. A charge for a digital ticket ON TOP of a booking fee is insane

Hi Jack Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering a booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Long-winded website even when buying as a guest. Lower ticket price in the advertising until 31st January. We booked on the 12th January and all the lower priced tickets had 'sold out'. We booked as a group of 20 individually and all said the website was terrible
