You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “While I'm glad we secured our tickets because my husband really wants to attend the hot air balloon event, the purchasing experience on Skiddle was disappointing. My cart timed out while I went to get my card details, and the price immediately jumped from £13.60 to £17.20 for two tickets. It felt unfair to face a price increase just for taking a couple of minutes to complete the transaction”
