“2nd year at ReggaeLand and thoroughly enjoyed it - great artist and fab atmosphere. Only 2 issues as an organiser myself - security staff need a way to communicate with medical team as a person needed medical attention and it took 30mins to come to assistance. The other issue - staff need to be more knowledgeable about the event. If you can get this right I think it would receive a 5/5. Will be booked for 2025. Thanks to organiser and artists 💕”

“I scream shot to show friend and popped up tickets may be cancelled due to scream shot think should be more informed so concerned travel to gig and may not be able to get in other friend did exactly the same also”

“Ok. Pretty easy. There were a couple of pop ups that got in the way. It did take about 4 attempts to book but I’m not sure if that’s because of paypal. But there seemed to be a bit of disconnect.”

“Took awail to beable to find right avenue in order to purchase the tickets then there was a limited time to complete transaction, I was locked out and had to re-enter the site to complete the transaction.”
