“Joined the pre-sale queue for Fatboy Slim on Brighton Beach July 18th (he's playing the 17th and 19th too) and there was around 10k ahead of me. It advised wait times and that this time and person count data would be updated at set time intervals. Not only did those intervals change but there was no warning this waiting was in vain as just I was about to be allowed to buy it sold out ! Now I know you can't predict how many tickets are bought per customer and the site did of course then say hey ! Don't worry ! Why not try another date ? Fine, looks for the button or banner. Nothing. Search the site, no record of these gigs. No indication whatsoever of how I navigate to queue for another date. So I went in to my email account, found the invitation for pre-sale the selected the 19th. Bingo I'm in ! And I got my tickets. But come on, why make it so hard ????? Just give us a button or write the instructions on how we do it ourselves in words. Make it easy for a customer to give you money, we shouldn't have to guess.”

“The various ticket options were not explained very well, if at all, meaning some options were becoming unavailable during the time in which I was trying to figure them all out. For example, why were the earlier admission tickets priced lower than general admission? Usually you have to pay more for an earlier entry to the venue!”

Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase and Skiddle have no control over this. We would love to hear how you feel about Skiddle as a booking platform. “I found the booking easy but did rush through my order in case I got timed out and lost out on purchasing a ticket. This made me not have time to look through the type of ticket I may have selected. Happy to have got one though!”

“Great queuing system. Didn’t freeze or struggle. Kept up to date giving you the expected time until you were able to buy tickets and how many in were in front of you in the queue. Great offer for ticket insurance too. Fast response with email upon booking. Immensely better than ticketmaster.”
