“Easy to use and received tickets instantly. Can only access tickets from the app however, no option to add to digital wallet. Also no option to pay with Google pay, just PayPal. In short, works OK but need bringing into this decade.”

“I have tried to book two more tickets via the app, this has been impossible to get seats which are available next to each other. I have to go back to intstagram and start from the beginning, very unnecessary and time consuming, as well as very frustrating”

“Option to buy 6 for 5 tickets option was there but charged for 6 tickets at checkout and no option to rectify this!”

“It was easy to book the weekend at rock the mote for 2 adults and 2 children, however I found it very hard to book the motorhome as it was under " accommodation" and not offered as a camping or caravaning option.”
