“Why do I have to pay to have you (effectively) email tickets to me?”

This may include options such as Royal Mail, eTickets, or RapidScan tickets. Only one delivery fee is charged per order, and it typically ranges from £0.50p to £3.00. This fee supports the systems used to dispatch your order or the technology used for scanning and validating your ticket at the event. It's clearly shown during checkout. While we understand that fees can be frustrating, we aim to keep them as low as possible to ensure we can continue providing top-tier service and secure ticketing solutions. “Very disappointed. We paid £21.01 for Swindon Balloon Festival at Lydiard Park, but the balloons did not go up. We were told it was due to weather, but from our side there was no rain and it only seemed slightly windy. We went as 6 families and the children were really excited, but they were very disappointed. It felt like a waste of money, especially because the main reason we came was to see the balloons.”
