Overly complicated and lengthy process with far too much text . Very frustrating for a non user of smartphone for ticket production. This proved impossible for me, an inexperienced digital systems user. Could not find a telephone contact for customer service. Surely this should be available and evident on documentation. I had to contact the event organiser

first time timed second time would only accept a debit card after trying with two credit cards (/*) - found whole thing stressful

It's very annoying having to download another app and sign up with my email to simply access my tickets.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. They rescheduled the Norfolk Balloon event due to unforeseen circumstances theirs not mine and refused to refund the booking cost

Bought a ticket but complications due to my mobility issues have kicked in. Phoned to sort out the issues but it wasn't possible and I am still waiting for a promised callback. Not impressed, I phoned again 2 days later again waiting nearly 1/2hour and the system apparently couldnt find my order and then it did. I had my allocation, but had not been phoned back as promised so was unaware that something had been sorted. As Skiddle do not seem to have a system which works properly i dont want to deal with them at all and asked for a full refund which they denied me . Then they disconnected the call without a by your leave. Thus proving the abysmal way in which customers are treated by them.

I paid £25 each for tickets and when I looked again two days ago there were cheaper tickets available! I hate buying tickets from you or any tickets company because you rip people off!

Way overpriced for a family event. Child tickets are only free when purchased with the more expensive instead of the fractionally cheaper adult ones. There is also no discount for people living in the local area. Over priced food & drink when spoke to others. So all the over pricing kills the fun. Didn't go in the end but enjoyed hearing the music from our house nearby.

No staff member to scan our qr code we was made to walk 10 mins to another bar for the qr code to be scanned to get our wristband and that venue told me they don't have a scanning machine so had to walk another 8mins to another venu to finally get our bands got to the nightclub and still had to pay £5 ontop of our wristband as we was 2 mins after 2am night club entries. Shocking service will not be using the service again

This event is a disgrace, sound quality is better on my portable bluetooth speaker, beer is £6.5, security will take all your liquids including perfumes, however this never mentioned on their website. Proper waste of money £56, worst festival ever! Better bingewatch netflix.

Really disappointed with the service. Tried to change event days and chatbot wouldn't work, no one got back to me till the next day and then they wouldn't change and the event i had tickets for had finished. If chat bot had worked and not glitched i would of been on plenty of time to change.

We just attended campfire festival east park hull. We left after an hour this morning as 4pm. The singer on was very good but unfortunately we could not hear him because of the ridiculous fair ground and their loud over powering rave music, so disappointed The bar sold cans at £6 and the beer was warm…no thank you guys you need to realise they’re way to many gigs out there that do it so much better. We also heard so many other people complaining overpriced warm drinks and clash of music. I paid £80 for my family felt we were totally ripped off. Gutted Jennifer kelly
