Ridiculously obtuse way of retrieving tickets. Just send me the PDF, it's a £4 ticket. It doesn't need to be fort Knox.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. The data entry boxes aren’t set up for iPhone autofill No Apple Pay function Page timed out twice First payment not processed (no idea why) and then whole form reset Frustrating process to be honest - nearly gave up

Event that was postponed to this year never heard anything contacted SKIDDLE multiple times kept throwing me to the next person and still months later I’ve not had a refund. £121 is owed to me Stop stealing peoples money

Absolutely disgusting service. An even was cancelled due to 'unforseen circumstances'. Purchased in July 2024, event was beginning of May 2025 and I've had zero communication from skiddle regarding a refund. I tried to get the funds back from my bank, which Monzo did but then Skiddle clawed this back from me!! I am nearly £100 out of pocket and will never use or recommend Skiddle again.

Skiddle still owe me £300+ from an event that never happened...tickets were purchased November 2021....and still no refund and no communication. Bad form for such a huge company.

I have a ticket for 29th. However you do not mention if you have facilities-for disabled people, also if requiring a taxi for collection, where is the collection point? I have heard some people say the event has been poor in terms of acts, food & memorabilia. I sincerely hope that is not the case as I will report the outcome through my music network & groups. If it proves to be a poor event a) I will want a full refund plus my taxi fare to get home. So please can you reassure me that the event be as advertised and that arrangements are Clear for the disabled.

Event has been cancelled tickets refunded but the booking fee has been applied as a credit which cannot be used as it expires on the same date as issued. I have a feeling this is a scam site 😞

Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Absolutely Disgusting. I booked tickets for Truckfest Tewkesbury. Only to get an email to say it had been cancelled. Now can't get a refund. As they try and send you to another show. I personally wouldn't use them again. And certainly wouldn't recommend them.

One of the turning points for me was connecting with ARMSTRONGPAVE.ORG. After weeks of dealing with unhelpful support from the original platform, I felt completely stuck. ARMSTRONGPAVE.ORG. actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and took action. They ultimately helped me resolve the issue, and their consistent updates were a lifeline throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Payment was made to Skiddle and they provided tickets for the event but when there is a problem (as in our case the dates and line up for the event changed), they refer you back to the organiser for a refund and specifically said don’t contact them. Have emailed the actual organisers twice and no response so far. Non existent customer service from Skiddle . Appalling experience.

We must remind you that your contract is with the event organisers, and we can only assist as much as we are able to. Event wasn’t in Skiddle, only available via link on website, so had to book outside of Skiddle then add to Skiddle account after - painful !

I was very hard to book the ticket- every time I proceeded to check out, it said I had timed out, even though the clock clearly showed around 5 minutes remaining. At one point I had money taken from my account for a ticket, but received no confirmation email. Luckily this was returned to my account, but there was no communication as to why this happened. In total I had to try 9 times- each time entering all of my information again. Had i not been buying the ticket as part of a group celebration weekend, I definitely would not have persevered. Very frustrating experience.
