Unable to complete booking due to postcode error on the app but then no clear way of correcting that which meant I was unable to complete the booking using Apple Pay and risked missing out by having to start again and use a new credit card Hugely frustrating

Mostly my mistake because I should’ve copped that the advertised acts weren’t as advertised. Should’ve known it was too good to be true. Sucks that I wasted money on tickets for someone who won’t be there.

Quite confusing went round a few times before I was actually able to purchase also don't want to have to down load another app to see my tickets. Especially if the ticket is fir someone else. Far too complicated. Hated it.

From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Event was not a paid event but ticket was sold on skiddle as if it was a paid event.

Please take a look at Headfirst Bristol on how to create a smooth ticket buying experience. The return customer experience is awful, every time i have to re-enter half my details. Or at least let me check out with google pay in one click as an alternative..

Hi, Saved cards are any payment cards you save when making a purchase on the Skiddle app. They make it quicker and easier for you to check out next time by remembering your details securely and only require you to enter your CVV number to buy tickets again. Your card details are swapped for a secure token that can be held in our systems without risk. No card data is ever held on your device. Only our payment processor stores the full details in their secure vault, which meets or exceeds the Payment Card Industry standards. To delete an individual saved card - during checkout press the edit button directly above your saved cards. This will bring up a minus icon next to each of your saved cards. Pressing this button will allow you to delete individual cards. Thanks, LEB

Buying tickets for a band at Castle and Falcon in Moseley , not only am I being charged 10% on top of the ticket but also having to pay a fulfilment charge, £1, and a processing charge, £1. None of these charges is optional. The whole thing smells of greed. One that is : £7 to protect my ticket. It is often reported that live music is struggling. With these rip offs you can see why. C.S

Hi Charles, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase. Refund Protection is an opt-in service. When you opt in you agree that you have read the Refund Protection terms & conditions - https://www.skiddle.com/refund-protection-ticketplan.php After reading these terms and conditions, you then have the option to add the protection, or complete your order without. I used my phone to book tickets and the webpage stalled. I used my laptop and could see I needed to prove I wasn't a robot. At this point I'd lost my place and so had to buy more expensive tickets. Not impressed with how the website displays on mobile!

I booked 2 seats near the front for a concert. I got confirmation, so thought all was good. it appears no payment was taken and I lost the seats, now I have realized there is an issue we lost good seats.

Felt like I was scammed. So expensive for tickets on the door. Djs weren’t great and paid almost £100 for 4 people for entry into two tiny rooms.
