bought a standing ticket, not realising it because the fonts are all so small, my partner cant stand for a full concert. They did not even reply to my query till the 3rd time I got in touch and then did absolutely nothing. Skiddle does not support people with accessibility issues. Skiddle does not support inclusive audiences. Skiddle is passive aggresive, unhelpful, doesn't care that people will be left out of their events because they are not as able-bodied.

dont go if ur over 10 years old, super overpriced for a small area and u have to pay so much. £10 for churros. was expecting a little more but me and my friends were there for less than 10 minutes

the company demanded too much personal information and you couldn't get tickets for a gig without full address and other utterly uneccessary details. I will deleat the app as soon as the gig is over.

Hi Jill Thank you for leaving a review. We only ask for these details if you're buying tickets. We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. Couldn’t give a zero review but would if I could. Total scam. Festival postponed then cancelled. No refund. Not able to contact. These people need taking to court.

A £2 booking fee per ticket & then a handling charge, surely it should be one or the other? I'm only surprised do dont charge to print our own tickets!

I despise paying extra…twice…. For a booking fee when the tickets are electronic and we do not have another option for purchase.

Additional costs literally every other question. A website designed to squeeze you dry. 75p for ' automatic ticket reader technology ' like a bar code scanner hasn't been around since 1940

Paid for the Hitchin Halloween pop up and when we got inside you had to pay for everything. Nothing was included in the price. £5 for all the features mentioned on the poster. Marshmallows were free with a drink but there were no drinks for children unless you want hot chocolate. My children have dairy allergies so couldn’t get anything. I think if you charge to get in you should get some kind of Halloween experience included in the price. You don’t go to a fair and pay to get in? Disappointed

I informed the staff that it was our first time skating and all we got was a 30 seconds training. Ridiculous! It wasn’t welcoming and if you’re a first timer, don’t bother going as you won’t get any support to enjoy your experience! They will make you sign a ridiculous long weaver that “any injuries you or the third party incur, they’re unreliable” . However , there are soo many health hazards there. There are purple wooden benches with really sharp edges and which could be quite dangerous when you fall. My pictures were taken without my consent. Seriously that place is a joke !!!

Bunch of rip of merchants, took my money, then my 15 year daughter travelled 50 miles to Canterbury and you wouldn’t let her in, wouldn’t even let her use the toilet before she came home 50 miles !!! I must be stupid because I booked the ticket and see nothing about I’d! What 15 year old takes a passport to a club, even the photocopy was no good!! Shame on you!

Hi, Booking fees are charged simply because we pay the full face value of your ticket back to the event organiser. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs, profit, and a few tea bags for staff brews!
