Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. I spent a non-refundable £35 on tickets and only after my payment was taken did I discover that there is no version of the Skiddle app for a windows desktop PC. In these times when inclusivity is supposed to be so important you must not assume that everyone has an apple or android based device. The very least you can do is make sure that the limitations of your system are flagged before payment is taken.

I had access to presale tickets and paid the final release price when they had been on sale for 9 minutes! Also your bookingfee is absurd! £11 14p AND THEN a handling fee of £1.50. This is unacceptable greed Skiddle...I wish I'd got them from Dice...I will be checking there first from now on!

Hi Christina, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Still no refund for the cancelled Pete Tong event at Herrington Country Park. This was nearly three months ago now! Communication has been extremely poor and still left waiting. Be careful booking with this site.

No Pete Tong refund from cancelled event in July! Skiddle will point you in the direction of live at Herrington HOWEVER, Herrington refund T&C’s state “a) refunds are only considered on major cancellations”…tick got that one right…b) refunds should be obtained from the point of purchase no later than 1 month after the event”….Skiddle ARE the point of purchase so therefore should be issuing refunds and should have within 1 month of the cancellation. Herrington don’t answer emails and neither do Wannasee Ltd. Skiddle is very easy to use and quick to take your money, but they appear to have the inability to understand the law and refund what’s due. Reported to Watchdog, the Sunderland Echo and various other newspapers. I’m sure Pete Tong would be very annoyed too! Give us back our money!!!!!

I purchased the tickets to go to see Guns to Roses at tiverton new hall as of the 4th of October this year, we then drove the 50 mile round trip to go to the event. But on arrival the place was locked up as tight as a drum, was then informed by another gig goer that it had been postponed till March next year ? then went to my PC to complain, an tried to reply to the e-mail sent to me with the tickets, sent my input to same e-mail address which was returned the next day saying "Address unknown" with the postponement Notification for the preceding days gig the day after we went to the venue. Were informed the these tickets can be transferred to the March next year gig As the refund process sound to be a veritable minefield. Your respectfully Dr & Mrs Stone.

Nearly 3month on & I'm still awaiting a refund for tickets totalling over £150 from an event cancelled 30mins before the gates were due to open (Pete Tong at Herrington Park, Sunderland - 19th July). I have had a couple of emails informing me that they are awaiting their insurance payout before they can reimburse, but I really do think this is totally unacceptable.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Skiddle do not cancel events, this is done by the event organiser. When an event is cancelled, we need the funds returned to us from the event organiser. In this case, the event organiser has been very communicative and stated the reason why refunds have been delayed. As soon as Skiddle receive the funds from the event organiser, all customers will have their refund processed immediately. We apologise on the event organisers behalf for the delay. Terrible, event cancelled a few days before it was meant to happen, no refund for tickets or any support from Skiddle, just blaming the event organisers! Never ever will I use this company again,!! Absolutely shocking service , and out of pocket!

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. For this particular event, please be aware that Skiddle purely provided the booking platform as the organiser opted to handle ticket payments directly via their own 3rd party service (Stripe). This means that Skiddle did not handle the ticket funds at any stage. This was made apparent to you upon checkout. As such, I'm unable to assist further with the refund as it's the event organiser's responsibility to handle this via their Stripe account. I also don't have the ability to check on whether the refund has settled I'm afraid. I apologise for any inconvenience. LB Skiddle Customer Support

We request your address and date of birth also as security questions if you needed to contact us, to verify it is you contacting in line with UK GDPR. I hope this helps. I kept on trying to sign in to my account and despite me putting in the correct password it just wouldn't let me sign in and just went back to blank each time. Very, very frustrating. Wants me have the app but I really don't want to have the app on my phone.

Went to tribute bands on pier absolutely terribly organised security behaved like thugs and they ran out of food and drink very early during the day will never attend another event run by skiddle.
