Bunch of rip of merchants, took my money, then my 15 year daughter travelled 50 miles to Canterbury and you wouldn’t let her in, wouldn’t even let her use the toilet before she came home 50 miles !!! I must be stupid because I booked the ticket and see nothing about I’d! What 15 year old takes a passport to a club, even the photocopy was no good!! Shame on you!

Hi, Booking fees are charged simply because we pay the full face value of your ticket back to the event organiser. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs, profit, and a few tea bags for staff brews! I've been trying to contact them, to speak privately. However, during the event In the 'time to die' area. The first section had a game master. I understand this is part of the even, however, the character began being overly sexual. Even running his hand down my chest, I did step back as I felt uncomfortable with this. As stated I understand this is part of the event. However, warning should be given

booked tickets in March for a concert in May,postponedtil Nov now postponed again til April 25 so asked for a refund - advice shows £98 refund but the original bill was £110.76, so not at all happy - why not in full after all 'you' have had the money for over 6 months already and wanted ti keep it for another 6 months - surely this is not ok. Please Advise? Thanks

From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Skiddle were happy to take our money for an event that was cancelled , rescheduled then cancelled again , they haven't given us a refund , making excuses of another company involved ect - certainly won't be using them again

It was a disaster I actually felt sorry for Annie Moon .The bar were it was held could not handle the amount of people who came to see her . They had not enough seating couldn’t see or hear what she was saying a disgrace , waste of money and I would think if a venue is booked you check the place out first .

Hi, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Please be aware, that Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: Face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase. Any other refunds have to be authorised by the event organisers. I recommend contacting custcare@skiddle.com where we will try and provide some contact information for the event organisers.
