You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Skiddle are keeping hold of my money following a music festival being cancelled. They took the money out of my bank fast enough when I purchased the tickets but trying to claim it back is proving to be a nightmare !! I’m now having to try and claim my money back through my credit card company !! I wont be using Skiddle again avoid this company !!!

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS VIA SKIDDLE!!!!!!!!!! OUR EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED/POSTPONED AND WE CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM REGARDING A REFUND, WE ARE OWED 440 POUNDS.

Terrible customer service, with agents who lie (by email and phone) to you and stop communicating when you point out their errors. Couldn't recommend.

I was not happy that I only found out on the day of the festival that there was no parking and we would have to use buses or taxis which is virtually impossible when my daughter is in a large electric wheelchair and so we could not go. £160 wasted money!!

No info on the event itself. No info on where you can park. Expect a long walk. No info on what you can take in. We got turned away because we had a couple of can of coke with us. Total waste of money at £50 for two of us. RUBBISH!

Come on Skiddle ... I've been on the list to get Vibe Chemistry tickets since the day of release but still nothing. Then I get a notification that tickets are available, I click on the notification and it's sold out. My emotions are all over the place brav.

You sold too many vip tickets. The ticket say that there will be a ‘queue jump’ whereas while people with normal tickets are already in, we are still waiting and the vip queue is extremely long. I had paid for better tickets to use all that was in the description of them and yet, I’m standing for nearly an hour to get inside. That is ridiculous. The lack of organisational skills is extreme.

After buying tickets, we were told we could not bring chairs into the venue. As two of or party have mobility issues we asked if there was any seating in the venue and were told 'only in VIP area' which was an additional £34 per head. We had no option but to pay this. On arrival , it was clear that chairs WERE allowed - hundreds of people had brought them. Neither Skiddle nor JBM Music will take responsibility - their incorrect information has cost us nearly £200. Appalling communication and total lack of customer service.

Took me 3 days to book to two tickets for Solfest. Unnecessarily complicated booking system. First it failed to recognise my password which I used last year. Secondly, when I tried to open a new account it refused to accept it because my email was already registered with Skiddle. Thirdly, when I tried to set a new password (in fact the same password I used last year) it took 24 hours to recognise my new/same password. Fourthly, having taken my money, no valid ticket is issued without having to download some more pointless Skiddle apps. Frankly, you are lucky to get 1/5.

Hello There, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. We may charge a Delivery/Handling Fee per order, which covers the costs Skiddle incur to make the ticket available to you and the event promoter (including, but not limited to, postage, hardware provision, software provision, including profit) I hope this helps clarify.
