“This was the first time i booked through skiddle, it was very straight forward apart from i had a promo code for 20% off and there was nowhere to add it”

Hi there, Thanks for getting in touch and for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Whilst PayPal isn't a payment option that we currently offer, we endeavour to make purchasing your tickets without this just a simple, secure and as seamless as possible and we will only ask for the minimum amount of information required by the event organisers to process your ticket order. Additionally, we don't use PayPal as a payment method as the funds for each order are paid directly to each independent event promoter/s once your order has complete, and as such, should the event be cancelled/postponed we need the ability to be able to refund your individual transaction, which isn't possible via this payment platform unfortunately. Hi Susan, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Please be aware you can always access your tickets without using the app. If you head to your confirmation email you can click the blue hyperlinked 'print a PDF of your ticket'. From there you can download the ticket(s) as individual PDF files including your barcodes to either print off at home or show on your device at the entrance to the event. All you need is the last 4 digits of your payment card! I hope this helps Susan. Kind Regards Shelby

“This is the first time I have ordered a ticket like this and receive the ticket in a scan format so as you may have deducted I am from the older set and if I can do it any one can I feel I have walked and enbraced the future”
