“It would have been helpful to have been told to name each person on their ticket. It caused a delay at the venue whilst they checked that I had paid for three.”

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to leave your review and I'm sorry to hear this. Please be aware that we are unable to input individual names on a multi-ticket order, and the event organisers who use our site are aware of this. Additionally, you will always need to make sure you have printed or downloaded all your uniquely barcoded tickets, to effortlessly permit your entire party to the event. Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As you can appreciate without charging a fee we, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to operate. This RapidScan fee covers both developing and implementing the technology. However, we can understand that you'd like to pay as little as you can for your event tickets so we always aim to keep our fees to a minimum. The Rapidscan fee will never exceed £1.50 and is always visible on both the event listing and checkout page before you purchase. Hope this information helps. Kind regards, James
