Hello Vicky, Thanks for getting in touch and for taking the time to leave your feedback. Whilst PayPal isn't currently a payment option that we offer, we endeavour to make purchasing your tickets without this just a simple, secure and as seamless as possible and we will only ask for the minimum amount of information required by the event organisers to process your ticket order. Additionally, we don't use PayPal as a payment method as the funds for each order are paid directly to each independent event promoter once your order has completed, and as such, should the event be cancelled/postponed we need the ability to be able to refund your individual transaction, which isn't possible via this payment platform unfortunately. “Skiddle is easy to use and the tickets are legitimate, however trying to buy two tickets for two different people on separate occasion I found more challenging.”

Please be aware that our booking fee is charged at a flat rate of 10% +25 of the face value of the ticket, which covers the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. We do appreciate how frustrating these fees can be, so we do our absolute best to keep them competitive. What I would recommend in these circumstances if you feel you are rushed when placing an order without a live Skiddle account, you can always visit https://www.skiddle.com/ and create a customer account before placing an order to ensure you have an active account. There is a time limit set when placing orders to make the ticket ordering process fair to all our customers, many events are very popular and sell out very quickly. “A relatively easy process to buy concert tickets and it's really good that you can have your tickets on the app on your phone. Cuts down on the need for paper tickets. More ticket outlets should adopt this method.”
