“Easy enough to deal with.not a Rip off.Venue was a rip off,& if you are a smoker. They send you down this fire escape, which looked like something out of a disaster movie.”

“Very easy to use, you can sign in via Facebook or Google which saves time. Tickets arrived almost immediately after purchase ready to be printed or stored in the app, so no endless waiting and stress over ticket delivery. Simple, convenient and quick.”

“I had no problem making my booking via Skiddle. My only problem was trying to download my ticket to my phone which I have not, as yet, been able to do. If anyone can talk me through the process I'd be very grateful.”

Hello David, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Once you've received your email confirmation, you'll be presented with a few options to "Get Your Ticket". You can either download the Skiddle app (available on IOS and Android) or just below this you can select into the blue 'print a PDF of your ticket' hyperlink. If you choose to download the PDF of your ticket, your browser will open a new tab and you'll be asked to enter the last four digits of the bank card you made the purchase with for security. From there you can download your ticket as an individual PDF file to print out or to show on your device at the entrance to the event. “Straightforward but annoying you can't forward to another email to print off tickets. Not everyone has a printer.”

We actually suggest showing the RapidScan ticket on your phone at the door to the event, simply to save paper. In terms of re-sending your email confirmation to an alternative email address, this is possible by visiting skiddle.com/orders. Hope this helps and that you have a great time at the event. Hello Vicky, Thanks for getting in touch and for taking the time to leave your feedback. Whilst PayPal isn't currently a payment option that we offer, we endeavour to make purchasing your tickets without this just a simple, secure and as seamless as possible and we will only ask for the minimum amount of information required by the event organisers to process your ticket order. Additionally, we don't use PayPal as a payment method as the funds for each order are paid directly to each independent event promoter once your order has completed, and as such, should the event be cancelled/postponed we need the ability to be able to refund your individual transaction, which isn't possible via this payment platform unfortunately.
