“I logged on with the code to put in for early access and cheaper tickets. I did this in a timely manner but there was no cheaper tickets, early birds. I got the first release. About ten minutes later the early birds were now for sale. This is the second time this has happened.”

“I got double charged for two sets of two tickets and its a ball ache to get a pdf version of the tickets and they dont download as a double”
