“as this is the first time ever I have ordered tickets I found it a bit annoying at the "timing out" as not being used to doing this but I persevered and did it.”

“I did not like having 3 options when I booked tickets with no explanation of the difference in price. My link did not tell me it was “pre sale” the next option was “early bird” then general admission. To be on safe side I did choose general which now I know I DID have presale and should have picked this option. 1st time using Skiddle. Why give 3 options??”
