Not a great site at all to buy from. The site misleads you from trading standards rights. Its customer services are har to contact and it leads you to believe there is no cooling off period online purchasers. The my are just money grabbing then hoping to double down on your after sales. If his information is not given till after the sale is complete. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE UNKESS YOU ARE WILLING TO LOOSE 💯 TICKET AND FEES PRICE.

When you purchased your tickets with Skiddle you agreed to our terms and conditions that clearly state that we cannot refund orders unless the event itself is cancelled or postponed. Once you have added your tickets to the basket you have 8 minutes to complete the purchase which you can read through our terms and conditions, these can also be viewed on our website before purchase. Have credit as they cancelled an event and wouldn't refund the booking fee and it would not let me redeem it,on new purchase...very disappointed ☹️

I purchased tickets months in advance to see sasha play at the arch club brighton.. my official email receipt from skiddle confirmed I was successful and shows the relevant information such as date.. time.. venue.. order number etc.. but not wanting to see the warm up djs.. I arrived at midnight when sasha was beginning.. only to be refused entry as an apparent 11.45pm no entrance after rule... nothing on my confirmation purchase email states this.. which with all necessary information as above was... but after scrolling further down on my email.. there is 3 separate pdf files to download.. where in a seemingly stupid way.. to trick customers.. the last admission time is hidden this way... Highly upset.. and disappointed that I have missed the event and not given the full information about regulations...

I'm forced to use this app to access tickets. Very clunky experience,having to enter details for every ticket I buy. Have to download the tickets separately,not sure if I can send them to others. Absolute waste of my time.

Hi there, There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You do not need to download our app to access your tickets, as you can actually download your tickets as a PDF from your email confirmation. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY Additional details are requested by the event organiser as they may need to get in touch with all customers prior to the event. Absolutely impossible to download my tickets, I have never experienced such a complicated system. Usually I just press download, but on this site it is impossible to do, consequently I have paid for 2 tickets, but have NO TICKETS

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. I needed to cancel my booking. Having paid for the cancellation insurance I assumed it would be easy. It was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions, but who does! I am distrusted that even the death of myself would not be good enough to be able to cancel my booking . If you are ill you need a drs note, if your house catches fire you need a firefighter report. What exactly was I paying for????

Brought n N dubz tickets last year for me and friends , show was cancelled (which I get isn’t your fault) however, I have emailed several times not been given any more information apart from they are in process of a legal dispute. And I still haven’t received a refund. Disgusting that they can take the money out and then not refund you your own money back!

Tried to purchase tickets 3 times and it loses connection on the last step. I really wanted to go to this event but the site isn’t fit for purpose. Ticket prices have now doubled due to time of booking, perhaps this is part of the plan.

I was unable to attend an event. And appreciate there is a no refund policy however these were extremely mitigating circumstances. I contacted the event organiser several times as I'd been to many event at the circle in Bacup and I was told he would get back to me with regards to my personal situation. He did not until I posted on nis Web page (The Circle Bacup) . He only replied when a made a comment on his 'thread' on the event abd had clearly been checking face book yet said the reason he hadn't got back to me (I could perhaps have personally re sold my ticket if he had sooner) was because it was a busy time. He had been on his phone/ social media event it suited him however. I wish to see at least a partial refund or I will be posting on trust pilot to complain

Hi there, It appears you have left a review of the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Skiddle can only process refunds with event organiser authorisation. If you would like to leave a review of an event organiser you spoke to, you can do so on the Skiddle listing. Please just head to the event on Skiddle and leave your feedback on the ‘reviews’ tab. By leaving a review on the listing, the promoter can gather feedback on their events as this review platform is purely for how you found your booking experience.
