When I booked tickets it's says like free entry before 11.30pm,if reached before time but big queues,we did pay , that's not fair enough for me

Heather small at Manchester Cathedral... advertised 6 till 11. Dj till 9 then another DJ till 10! Heather small one hour!! Poorly advertised no details about when she was actually performing...now we know why... misleading and very disappointing!!!

We believe this limit is enough time for customers to purchase and provides a fair chance for waiting customers to be able to purchase temporarily held tickets if checkout isn't complete. Ticket price as advertised was then subject to multiple surcharges - far better to simply advertise the actual cost to a consumer and then clarify that includes all fees

Hi there), Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. In addition to the booking fee, a delivery/processing fee is applied to cover the cost of delivering your ticket. This may include options such as Royal Mail, eTickets, or RapidScan tickets. Only one delivery fee is charged per order, and it typically ranges from £0.50p to £3.00. This fee supports the systems used to dispatch your order or the technology used for scanning and validating your ticket at the event. It's clearly shown during checkout. While we understand that fees can be frustrating, we aim to keep them as low as possible to ensure we can continue providing top-tier service and secure ticketing solutions. I would NEVER use skiddle again - if you trade off the fact it's really easy and straightforward to resell tickets, you should be that. Instead, the reality is that it's not possible to resell unless an event sells out, which isn't always the case. 0/10 dreadful.

I am 75 Y.O.A. and this is the first time I have used Skiddle via computer to get tickets for an event although I have used other companies . When I do I can almost immediately print off the tickets .... no problem . I should admit my computer skills are not as good as those considerably younger than myself ... but I can usualy do everthing I need to . The Skiddle system is over complex , I have paid for my 4 tickets but I have no tickets ..... yet . I would be happier to have a piece of paper AKA a ticket(s) to hand over when I visit the event . I use the K.I.S.S. principle ..... Keep It Simple Stupid. obviously you don't Kind regards , Alan P,S. I have never ordered from Skiddle before .... despite what the tick box below says

Attended in Bed by Ten event at the Warehouse in Leeds yesterday. Have attended many similar events in the past but this event was horrendous. Bouncers and staff were rude, the venue was overcrowded and surely a health and safety breech staff and security were obnoxious and rude over inflated prices small rum and coke small cider and a can of dark fruits cider £26 and I won't even go there with the toilets 🤮 it might be an event reminiscing the past but the venue is very much in the past sticky floors poor hygiene and no care for people shame on you jumping on the band wagon of other organised events no comparison

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. I bought two tickets but the information the venue had got from Skiddle said I'd only bought one which led to unnecesary drama while I proved I'd actually bought two tickets.

Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Awful site to buy tickets from in the waiting room when i got through all tickets sold do not waste your time all morning waiting how can all tickets be sold by 11.07am. One very disappointed fan of this band

I paid for tickets early release and which should have been £16 they charged me for third release which wasn’t even available at time of booking!! Tried to contact customer service feel scammed
