“Great support from Laura Wing on this booking, as always. Thank you! On a general note and being constructive, the concierge service falls down when the regular person is away. I dealt with 3 different and of course helpful people to get to the cruise I ultimately booked. It is impossible to get continuity unless you happen to enquire at the time your concierge is in. This could be improved with a more comprehensive back up.”

“We have used Six Star many times in the past unfortunately this time the booking procedure was disappointing. The advertised price on the web page was misleading and could not be matched by the TA, who despite trying hard to put our package together, appeared inexperienced.”

Emma was very good at advising us on the advantages of booking on board and, following a helpful discussion on the further financial advantages of booking with SSC, we were very happy to have SSC have our business again.”

“As always Sixstar. Lisa, then our usual Donna worked hard on a new bucket list cruise for us. It wasn't without complications, that's normal. Response times were short and we were satisfied with the outcome.”
