“Having now booked our fourth cruise with support from Donna ,we are clearly more than happy with the service provided. Donna is not only very knowledgeable ,she has been patient, positive, and always more than helpful in organising our sometimes challenging demands. “Very good booking experience with Elizabeth. She took over a booking I made directly with Regent Seven Seas and saved me money. Have since booked directly with Elizabeth and she also booked me a hotel which was a good price, and gave me good advice regarding flights and transfers.”

“We have dealt with many travel agents over the years, but Six Star Cruises has been the best so far. Shirley always got back to us with the answers to our queries very promptly and went above and beyond to help us. She was also very patient with all the changes that we kept wanting to make. This made a nice change from other agents who were usually only interested in making the booking and less interested in helping us throughout the process. We have been very impressed with Six Star so far and we highly recommend Shirley!”

“Elizabeth dealt with our booking on a Silversea cruise, and could not fault her in any way. Her knowledge was 1st class, service skills exemplory and nothing was too much trouble despite the amount of questions and advice we asked for. Originally we were going to book direct with Silversea, but Elizabeths customer service skills far outreached that of Silversea that we decided to book with six star cruises, and we are glad we did.”

“Dan put together a wonderful tailor made package for us and our friends to go on cruise to Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately he was on leave when we came to book it. Lisa took over and went to amazing lengths to secure the best flights that she could at the very best price. Not easy when dealing with two couples holidaying together. Absolutely brilliant service.”

“Cruise Concierge Emma Gray went to great to explain about the cruise to Ireland that I was interested in and I eventually booked a cruise with Azamara. After she had given me a quotation, I changed my mind about which cabin I wanted and this was no problem. She was very happy to advise me and immediately amended the quotation. I booked immediately with the confidence that I would be getting what I wanted.”
